How to Order
Ordering through our secure website is easy. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards.
We encourage you to order online for the fastest possible service but you may also call us on 1.646.509.1094 (Mon-Fri 10.00-17.00 EST).
You may also mail us your order. Please note, if paying by check or Money Order/Cashier check, orders will only be shipped once the check clears our bank account. If there is a problem we will contact you. Please remember to include the shipping cost and applicable sales tax with your payment otherwise your order processing will be delayed. To find out the shipping cost, proceed to place an order on our website without checking out. Please make check payable to Dragon's World U.S. LLC and mail to MyRedPacket.com, Planetarium Station, P.O. Box 1046, New York, NY 10024.
Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING
We generally ship all orders within 24 hours within the U.S. only. If you live outside of the U.S and would like to have the goods delivered to a U.S address, you can place the order and pay with an overseas credit card. The billing address must match the address where the card was issued.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days), USPS Express Mail (next day delivery to most destinations) and for certain items via UPS or similar carrier. Some small items may be shipped via USPS First Class Mail as it is a cheaper option for customers. Please note tracking is not available for First Class Mail. You can view shipping rates before check out. Our shipping rates include packaging and handling charges.
Please note that Express Mail requires a signature on delivery, so please send it somewhere it can be reliably signed for, such as your place of work, or a neighbor. MyRedPacket.com does not assume responsibilities for the delivery of the goods once it is in the hands of the postal office or courier but we will certainly assist in resolving any issues that arises out of wrong or non-delivery.
Please note we try to keep our product inventory as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that a particular product will always be available. If we are unable to supply a product or can only supply a partial order (if ordering more than one item), we will notify you and you will not be charged for it. In the event that your credit card has been debited, we will refund or re-credit your account with the amount debited by us.Personalized Products
MyRedPacket.com continually look to stock a wide range of innovative, unique and premium quality products. A number of these are personalized or bespoke and made for the customer on an individual basis. For this reason delivery times vary from 2 weeks and above. Estimated delivery time is indicated with regards to every individual product. In a majority of cases, the product is shipped earlier than the indicated time.
During times of peak seasonal demand and specific holidays (for example Valentine’s Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day and Thanksgiving) there may be a slight delay in the shipment of your order. Therefore please check our homepage for details and allow extra time for shipping.
Track Your Order
To track the status of your order, you can either go straight to Order Tracking, or My Accounts and Order History. Here, you can find out whether your order has been processed and shipped. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
You will also be sent a tracking number with your confirmation email, along with the direct link to the tracking service website.
RETURNS
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority and we want you to be a happy customer. We therefore offer a 30 Day "No Hassle Guarantee", which means if you are unhappy with your product, you can return it. Please inspect your goods on arrival. If it is damaged on delivery or we have sent you the wrong goods, you must notify us within 7 days. This applies to all products.
Faulty/Defective Goods
If the product you have ordered is faulty/defective, you must notify us within 7 days and the item must be returned to us in it’s original condition (packaging & accessories) within 30 days. We will refund the amount you paid for the goods plus the original shipping costs you paid, less any gift wrapping purchase. If you would like an item replaced, please state this on your return email. Should an item be out of stock, we will notify you and you will have the option to wait until the item is back in stock or you may ask for a refund. Change of Heart If you have a change of heart you must return it to MyRedPacket.com unused and in its original packaging with all accessories unopened and in a resalable condition within 30 days for a replacement or refund (sorry we cannot refund the shipping costs of the purchased item or gift wrapping purchase). Refunds will be made in the same form of payment used to make the initial purchase within 3-5 days of receipt of the returned goods. Please note: If a returned non-faulty product does not arrive at MyRedPacket.com in a resalable condition then we will not be able to offer you a refund. We will have to send the product back to you and you will have to incur these subsequent delivery costs. We regret we cannot accept returns on the following non-faulty products:- Products which have been personalized, made to order or customized in any way.
- Products where the packaging has been unsealed or damaged.
- Products which are perishable.
Returns Policy For Consumer Electronics (IPODS, DIGITAL CAMERAS AND RELATED ITEMS)
Faulty Goods
If your product is faulty or develops a fault, MyRedPacket.com offers you a reactive and efficient after-sales service.
Please email us and obtain a Returns Authorization Code and we will advise you where to mail the returned item.
Non- Faulty Goods
Please email us within 7 days of receipt of goods to obtain a Returns Authorization Code and we will advise you where to mail the returned item.
Please Note:- Returnable merchandise must be returned to our supplier within 30 days upon receipt for a refund.
- Items returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee as imposed by the supplier as these items unfortunately cannot be re-sold as new.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Items must be returned in its original packaging with any accessories enclosed and unopened.
- The returned item should include a note explaining the problem & the appropriate ’ return shipping address’.
- Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
RMA number must be included on the outside label of your shipping box.
Damaged merchandise
If your merchandise arrives damaged, call UPS at: 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) within 24 hours, the following business day after you receive the package to file a damaged merchandise claim. Keep the box(s), the invoice and all packing material - UPS will need these items for their inspection. Failure to do so may cause your claim to be denied by UPS.
Please follow the standard procedure "How To Obtain A Returns Authorization Code" below. MyRedPacket.com can not place a time frame when a replacement product can be delivered to you, as the guarantee is set out by the manufacturer, but be assured that we will work on your behalf to ensure you receive a replacement as soon as possible.
How to Return a Product?
Please obtain a Returns Authorisation Code by emailing Customer Services, via the contact form located here. Alternatively, call us on 1.646.509.1094. Failure to do this may delay your return being processed.
Your email should contain:
- What you are returning and reason. State the product name and price.
- Your name, order number and email address.
We will then email you back within 24 hours with a Returns Authorization Code.
What to include in the returned parcel:
- A copy of the invoice that you received with the parcel OR
- A copy of the returns email we sent to you. If you do not have a printer, please write your name, address and Returns Authorization Code on the back of the parcel.
We do advise that for your own protection you should use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery depending on the value. We do not accept responsibility for products lost or damaged in the post.

Out of Stock Items
We will always endeavor to maintain our stock level. However, on rare occasions when a product is out of stock, it will be shown as out of stock with the BUY button not being visible and you will not be able to buy. An estimated time of when the product will be back in stock will be displayed.
Sales Tax
All orders shipped to a NY address will be charged a sales tax of 8.375%.
