Errors on Site

MyRedPacket.com attempts to be as accurate as possible in describing the products listed on the Site. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, MyRedPacket.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. MyRedPacket.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, MyRedPacket.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Unfortunately, because of the nature of selling via the Internet and product variability, we cannot guarantee that the product colors will be of an exact likeness as seen or as described. Although we strive to portray images in a realistic light, sometimes we are governed by what imagery is available. Product imagery is sometimes displayed in an aesthetic manner (mood shots may be used) and may not necessarily be in conformance with the approved use of such products.

The colors and dimensions of the products portrayed on the site are merely there as a guide. We strive to portray the colors of the products as accurately as we can, but we have no control over your personal computer and its settings.

Order Acceptance Policy

Stock Availability

MyRedPacket.com try to keep our product inventory as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that particular product will always be available. If we are unable to supply a product, or can only supply a partial order (if ordering more than one item) we will notify you and you will not be charged for it. In the event that your credit card has been debited, we will refund or re-credit your account with the amount debited by us.

All offers and promotions are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you the amount accordingly.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from the Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the Site shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in New York County, New York.
