Order Details: Once you place your order you'll be emailed an address to submit your photos via email or post. Once the photos are received and approved, design work will begin and a proof of the finished design will be emailed to you within 5-7 business days. When you approve the design, your order will proceed to completion and shipping to you within 8 business days. In exceptional occasions, Holiday orders and requests for design changes might be subject to extended delivery times. Your original photo will be mailed back to you with your order.

Ideal Photo to Send:
The ideal picture is a headshot of the person, pet or a close up of the object with good lighting, good contrast and brightness. In order to make the best portrait out of your photo/s, please send a good quality picture, where the face of the person will be clear and big enough.  

 

If you have any color preference, please email us otherwise the artist will choose the colors that they think match better the photograph you have sent.

Conditions:  

  • If you have mailed in your photo, it will be returned to you along with your order and will be sent to you in the same condition that it was received. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for photos lost or damaged in the mail.  
  • In the event your photo/s quality is not good enough to make a good illustration or design, we will email or call you to explain the reasons why the photo cannot be used. At this stage, if you wish to cancel your order prior to any design work being done, your credit card will be refunded for the full design price.  
  • Once your photo is approved and the artist starts working on it, refunds for the design price ($90) cannot be honored. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the design, you may cancel the rest of your order but you will still incur in the design price charges. However, the artist will work on any modifications you require (colors or design) as long as they are done in the original design proof. If you wish to submit a different photo for your order, a new design fee will apply. Once the design is approved, the remaining balance will not be refunded.  
  • If your order is damaged in transit, please keep the packaging and its contents and contact us immediately. A new package will be shipped to you and the courier company will pickup the damaged order.  
  • If you do not wish that your photo or design be used in any marketing materials by the supplier, please email us and we will immediately honor your request.
