It’s weird, it’s cute, it’s clever and simply ingenious and it’s called the Eggling! Crack it like a hard boiled egg and you’ll be amazed what will grow out of it. A plant !

The Eggling is made of white porous ceramic and comes with a terra cotta tray and seed pack of either herbs or flowers.

We currently have available the Prickly Cactus, Spicy Red Pepper and Lavender. Why not add some fun and check out our fun looking Crack-a-Head Egg Plant.

It is easy to cultivate so for those who have absolutely no clue about gardening don’t worry – just prick, add water and watch it grow.

Egglings grow for up to five months in a special fortified peat mixture, after which the Eggling can be planted directly in soil. OK, you may need a bit of gardening skills here.

The Eggling is a great talk about piece for the kitchen windowsill or for brightening any home or office space.

Please Note:

The eggling contains enough nutrients for plants to grow in it for up to 5 months. When the plant outgrows the eggling, transplant directly into the soil of a larger pot so the plant can fully mature. After transplanting, shatter the eggling into small pieces, adding it to the surrounding soil as fertilizer.

My 9 and 12 year olds wanted to buy grandma a birthday gift with their pocket money. After some searching we found this great gift which was affordable. Grandma loves the spicy red pepper. My kids also found the red packet intriguing. Any chance of sending us another one so the girls don't need to fight over it ? Highly appreciated!
