Own A Piece of America
FUN FOR YOU, EDUCATIONAL FOR THE KIDS, AND GREAT AS THE PERFECT GIFT FOR THE PERSON WHO HAS EVERYTHING

How much land do I really own?
Exactly as stated: ONE SQUARE INCH.
What can’t I do with my land?
You cannot live on the land (hard to believe, huh?). You cannot make any improvements to, or develop the parcels. You must allow rights of ingress and egress over the parcels and very importantly, the deeds cannot be sold by the owner for a profit and owner shall not receive any Income or derive any other financial benefits whatsoever from the parcels or any or all portions of the property.
What responsibilities, financial or otherwise do I have?
America Acres, Inc. is the managing agent of the property and will be responsible for all real estate taxes on the property and for complying with any and all local regulations
For how long do I own my land?
You will remain as a registered land owner on America Acres, Inc.’s “Property Listings" in perpetuity as long as you regularly update your Property Owner's Registration Form via email. With your purchase of a printed framed/unframed deed, this is done automatically.
Who owns the land?
America Acres, Inc. holds title to each of the master properties (an acre more-or-less in all 50 states) and American Acres, Inc. but your Deed to your one-inch parcel is yours to keep forever
Is the land registered with the state (or states) in which I own land?
This is a “non-recordable” deed although ownership records are being maintained by American Acres, Inc. You will remain as a registered land owner on American Acres, Inc.'s "Property Listings…and not on the state’s records since American Acres, Inc. holds title to each of the master properties (an acre more-or-less in all 50 states).
Is this legal?
Yes. According to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) the deeds are not intended for investment purposes and cannot be sold by owners for profit. They are novelty items and intended as such.
Can I pass this down to my heirs?
Yes certainly. Your deed, whether framed, on a plaque, or emailed to you may be passed on to whomever you wish. Better yet, why not purchase several hardcopy deeds right now and give them out as gifts.
About the land and American Acres, Inc.
The land was purchased one acre at a time, state by state, by American Acres Inc. Now you can claim it one square inch at a time, state by state, in all 50 states of the
