You returned my phone message personally and within a couple of hours when i had a question about the shipping. The package was well packed and I loved the red tissue wrapping. It took a bit of scrubbing to clean them off but my boys had so much fun so I didn't really mind it seeing how much they enjoyed themselves. Will have to try a different color next time. Thanks!
