Important Notice:
  1. Gift Baskets are shipped via FedEx Ground which take 1-7 business days depending on location (East Coast 1-2 business days, Mid-West 3-4 business days, West Coast 4-5 business days) or 2nd Day Air.
  2. Hand delivery is for Mon-Fri, Manhattan below 96th St only. Hand delivery is not available on weekends.
  3. If you would like your gift to ship at a later date, just tell us the date in "Special Instructions" during your checkout.
  4. Shipping during summer and/or to warmer climates.During summer months and especially when shipping to warmer climates, we may have to substitute for chocolate items. We sometimes can ship gifts containing chocolate with ice packs for transit times of two business days or less - this includes, NY, NJ, PA, CT, RI, MD, VA, WV, MA, VT, NH, ME and parts of Ohio and the Carolinas. Outside of these areas, we highly suggest selecting Two Day shipping to ensure safe arrival of the chocolate. Keep in mind that weekends add extra transit days - transit times are business days only. If you do not choose the appropriate shipping selection, then your order may be delayed as we will attempt to contact you to upgrade the shipping if necessary. If we have doubts that the chocolate will not arrive in good condition, we will make substitutions for the chocolate items. Whenever possible, we will substitute chocolate with a non-perishable item in gift baskets that are shipping ground in warm weather so that you do not need to pay for expedited delivery.
  5. Generally speaking, we do not ship perishable products on Thursdays and Fridays if they will be in transit over the weekend.
