Personalization includes two names and the date of that special occasion. Carve two names of up to 10 characters per name and add the date (MM/DD/YYYY format).

We realize that a personalized gift must be perfect. Should your goods arrived damaged or defective, you are entitled to an exchange ONLY. Please inspect goods immediately and notify us within 7 days of delivery. Please keep in mind Personalized merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged (unless it is damaged).

Important Notice regarding Rush Service
Please note Rush Service is for processing time only. Your order will leave the warehouse within 24 hours (regular dispatch is 3-4 days) of receipt of order if placed by 1pm EST. If placed after that time it will be considered a next day order. Unless you upgrade your shipping method your order will ship via Ground Saver which generally takes 4-5 days.
