Please inspect goods immediately and notify us within 7 days of delivery. Please keep in mind Personalized merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged (unless it is damaged).

Please note Rush Service is for processing time only. Your order will leave the warehouse within 24 hours (regular dispatch is 3-4 days) of receipt of order if placed by 1pm EST. If placed after that time it will be considered a next day order. Unless you upgrade your shipping method your order will ship via Ground Saver which generally takes 4-5 days.
