The so-called "white" light is the "Pearlescent Mode"

This mode produces a cool white light, with hints of red, green and blue to give a pearlescent effect. Use the select + button to increase intensity and select - to decrease intensity. The Pearlescent mode has five preset intensity levels, it will always begin in the highest level.

I recieved the jellyfish lamp today......thank you for the speedy delivery.......item arrived in perfect condition & functions fine....the only "gripe" i have is that there appears to be no "white" light setting.....only colors of various shades....oh well....no big deal. I do like the lamp regardless.....so thanks again.

What a cool piece of lighting. We got this as a wedding gift which was perfect for our new flat as our home is furnished with very modern chic looking furnitures. The changing colors is very soothing.
